Kyle earned his Bachelor of Arts from Seton Hall University, where he also participated in the Army ROTC program. Following graduation, he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Chemical Corps and chosen to serve in the New Jersey Army National Guard.
He later attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he focused on national security issues and completed a significant research thesis in that field. After graduating, Kyle passed the Pennsylvania Bar Exam and began practicing law.
Beyond his military background, Kyle remains actively involved in public service. He serves in the fire service as a HazMat Technician with the Chester County Hazardous Materials Response Team and has previously contributed as a member of the Chester County Veterans Advisory Council.
